Replacement is a scheme provided by Nishcaya directly under this policy, in terms of which the options of replacement/exchange is offered by us, just in case you receive any damaged or incorrect item.
We don’t offer refund for our any accessories.
Our exchange policy is categorised in three simple steps.
Step 1 – After receiving your parcel update us about the product or any issue in two business days.
Step 2 – Make sure to make an unboxing video and take separate photos of that particular product for an exchange.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
Step 3 – Arrange the product as it was with caution along with the invoice and our delivery partner will receive the parcel.
Once we receive the defective product after checking we will dispatch the same new product that you will later get within 7 to 10 days.

NOTE: In case the item is out of stock or not available we will initiate a refund within three business days. The product value will only be refunded and shipping charges will not be refunded.
