When will my order arrive?

The product will be shipped within 48hrs and it will be delivered in 7-10 business days depending on your location and zip code.

How do I cancel my order?

You can mail us at support@nishcaya.com with the reason for cancellation before the order gets shipped. Once shipped, the order can’t be cancelled.

Do you accept cancellation after the order is shipped?

No, once shipped the order can’t be cancelled.

What if someone places an order by mistake?

They can email us for the cancellation of that order before dispatch.

How can I return/exchange?

All of our products are handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

In case you receive a Damaged or Incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

Update us within two business days via Email. We will arrange for a return pickup then.
